Iran comedy duo to join public screening for ‘Ferrari’

Celebrated comedy duo Mohsen Tanabandeh and Ahmad Mehranfar is due to attend public screening of Iran film ‘Ferrari’.

The comedian pair will be among the audience for the Tuesday public screening of top-grossing ‘Ferrari’ by Alireza Davoudnejad at a movie theater in Iranian capital city of Tehran.

‘Ferrari’ has won a Crystal Simorgh of Special Jury Prize as well as titles for best leading actor, best screenplay and best sound recording at the 35th edition of Fajr Film Festival.

Mohsen Tanabandeh, Tarlan Parvaneh, Siamak Safari, Mohammadreza Davoudnejad, Sima Tirandaz, Reza Davoudnejad, Sajjad Sepehri and Mitra Tabrizi star in the movie.

Mohsen Tanabandeh and Ahmad Mehranfar have appeared in all seasons of notable Iranian series ‘The Capital’.

Four seasons of the series ‘The Capital’, directed by Sirous Moqaddam, already came out in 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2018.

The first season started with the story of a family's migration from the small town of Aliabad to the capital, Tehran, and depicted the troubles they encounter.

Mohsen Tanabandeh, Alireza Khamseh, Rima Raminfar and Ahmad Mehranfar are among the stars in previous installments of the series.
